Main idea: Be confident in the Father’s power to do His will and get you home.

Be confident in the Father’s immeasurable power (1:19).
Be confident the Father’s working (1:20-23).
- A life-giving power (1:20a)
- An exalting power (1:20b)
- A surpassing power (1:21)
- A present power (1:21b)
- A future power (1:21c)
- A ruling power (1:22)
- A shared power (1:22b, 23)

He has been married for over 30 years to Linda, and has three adult children. He earned his B.A. in English at the Master’s College, B.Ed. at Eastern Washington University, M.Div and D.Min in Expository Preaching at The Master’s Seminary.
